I grew up in Romania, built my career from the ground up, and moved to the UK in 2019. Since then, I've navigated a new country, a pandemic, a first management role while five months pregnant, and motherhood — all while continuing to grow professionally.
I now bring over 15 years of experience in HR & People, from junior roles to Director level.
But coaching is not about my story.
It's about creating the space where you can think clearly about yours.
